How it works — 4 steps, so you know exactly what to expect
Sign in and upload your documents
Sign in by email or Google, then upload a photo or PDF of the documents you need translated.
See your quote
For standard documents you see a provisional quote right away; documents that need review are quoted after a check.
Pay
Paying is how you accept the quote and tell us to begin. We send payment instructions so you can complete your order.
Track your order and download
Track progress online and download your translation when ready (a 30-day download window).
Your translation is produced by a NAATI Certified Translator, independently quality-checked before release, and carries the appropriate certification details.

What you receive
The translator certifies that the TRANSLATION is true and accurate. We do not assess the authenticity of the original document and make no representation about it.
We provide a correctly certified NAATI translation; the receiving authority always makes the final decision on your application.
