Refund policy for the NAATI translation service: if we make a translation error, we correct it at no charge; refund cases are stated plainly.
If we make an error
If there is an error in the translation that is our fault (a name, date, number…), we correct it at no charge, as a priority.
Acceptance outcomes are out of scope
Acceptance is always the receiving authority’s decision; we cannot guarantee acceptance, so an application outcome is not a basis for a refund.
Your receipt or invoice
The Australian market gets a receipt; the Vietnamese market gets a VAT e-invoice (hóa đơn GTGT điện tử).
