Documents are auto-deleted on our delete-for-privacy schedule: download window 30 days; records to 60 days; the source ID image is deleted earliest. Tax/accounting records are kept separately as required by law.
What we use your documents for
Only to produce and check your translation. We do not sell data and do not use your documents for any other purpose.
Your rights
You can request early deletion. Some tax/accounting records must be retained by law and cannot be deleted on request.
